Tonya D. Alston, aka Coach Red Hot MS, knows all too well about feeling stuck and frustrated because she knew there was so much more for her and her children! She knew that something had to change immediately when she was divorced with two children to support.

Having already filed for bankruptcy and losing her family's home to foreclosure admidst a separation and impending divorce from an 18 year marriage, Tonya found herself having to relocate to Charlotte, NC. Starting over with two children ages 10 and 4 in 2014, she had to endure the grief of a failed marriage while being faced with the responsibility of replacing the income that was lost and create stability for herself and her children.

With God's unwavering favor and a supportive village, she was able to bounce back financially and emotionally in HALF the time it's documented for divorcees. Within 5 years of her separation, she successfully built up her streams of income by relaunching her direct sales business in Mary Kay Cosmetics as a 3-car, jewelry and trip earning Independent Sales Director while matriculating in her HR career becoming a corporate leader serving as a C-suite advisor. Through her experience, it wasn't always easy, but she learned keys that have allowed her much success, impact and growth as a person, mother, author, speaker and now business consultant/coach.
